Hello. My name is Roger and today I’d like to talk to you about what is the impact on your organization if your ICT Fails.

I’ve done a number of videos about Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery and back-ups and they are all critical component of what happens if some component of your business fails. And if it fails, it doesn’t have to fail in a bad way. It can just be a hard drive failure in a critical piece of equipment or your internet going down because the router stopped and your internet going down.   And those things will have impact on your business – have impact on your business going forward.

So, what can you do about that? Well, you make sure that you’ve analyzed all your risks and your risks are really important to a level where if something does right, you have a system in place that will make sure that it is fully operational no matter what.

But also, the impact on your organization if your ICT Fails is really large part of your risk management. And risk management is there to help you protect your organization. So, you have to make sure that your business continuity, your disaster recovery and your back-up systems are doing what they are supposed to do.

Thank you very much.
